Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days
Step into the colorful world of Gabby’s Dollhouse for three days of creativity, art, and play at Brooklyn Children’s Museum!
Meet the costumed character Gabby at scheduled Meet & Greet sessions, dance on the rooftop to DJ Catnip’s playlist, and explore hands-on activities inspired by Gabby and her kitty friends.
Advance tickets are strongly recommended. A limited number of General Admission and Gabby Meet & Greet tickets will be available at the Museum for day-of purchase, while supplies last.
Tickets
Families who want to meet Gabby need two tickets:
- General Admission for everyone participating
- One timed Gabby Meet & Greet reservation for their family or group
Meet & Greet reservations are free and limited. We recommend reserving your Meet & Greet in advance, then getting General Admission for the same date.
Not planning to meet Gabby? You can purchase General Admission and enjoy the other MEOWseum Discovery Days activities throughout the Museum without a Meet & Greet reservation.
A limited number of General Admission and Meet & Greet tickets will also be available at the Museum for day-of purchase, while supplies last.
General Admission
General Admission is $15 per person and includes entry to Brooklyn Children’s Museum and access to the MEOWseum Discovery Days activities taking place throughout the Museum.
When purchasing general admission, select a suggested arrival time of 10:00 am or 2:00 pm. These times help us plan attendance throughout the day, but they are not fixed entry windows.
Your ticket is valid for entry at any time on the selected date.
Gabby Meet & Greet
Meet the costumed character Gabby and take a family photo during a reserved timed session.
Meet & Greet reservations are free and limited to one per order. One reservation covers one family or group and includes one family-style photo opportunity with one pose.
Everyone participating must also have General Admission for the same date.
Meet & Greet sessions take place each day at:
- 10:30 am–11:00 am
- 11:15 am–11:45 am
- 12:00 pm–12:30 pm
- 12:45 pm–1:15 pm
- 2:30 pm–3:00 pm
- 3:15 pm–3:45 pm
- 4:00 pm–4:30 pm
Please arrive at the Meet & Greet check-in area 15 minutes before your scheduled session and bring your own phone or camera.
Meet & Greet sessions run on a fixed schedule. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be accommodated during another session.
The Meet & Greet features the costumed character Gabby. Laila Lockhart Kraner, the actor who plays Gabby in the television series, will not be appearing.
Member & Admission Discounts
BCM members receive free General Admission for the number of visitors covered by their membership level. Meet & Greet reservations are free and must be reserved separately.
Members should sign in when reserving General Admission to receive their regular membership benefits. Free admission is available for the number of visitors covered by their membership level.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do tickets for MEOWseum Discovery Days work?
Families purchase General Admission to enter Brooklyn Children’s Museum and enjoy the MEOWseum Discovery Days activities. Meeting Gabby requires a separate timed Meet & Greet reservation in addition to General Admission for everyone in your party.
Does General Admission include the Gabby Meet & Greet?
No. General Admission does not include an opportunity to meet Gabby. To participate in the Meet & Greet, you need General Admission for everyone in your party and one separate timed Meet & Greet reservation for your family or group. Both must be for the same date.
Can we attend without a Meet & Greet ticket?
Yes! Families with General Admission can enjoy rooftop dancing, hands-on art activities, and the Museum’s exhibits without a Meet & Greet reservation.
Can I buy tickets at the Museum?
Yes. A limited number of General Admission and Gabby Meet & Greet tickets will be available at the Museum for day-of purchase, while supplies last. Advance reservations are strongly recommended, especially for the Gabby Meet & Greet.
Tickets will not be sold at the Museum during MEOWseum Discovery Days.
What do the 10:00 am and 2:00 pm admission times mean?
The 10:00 am and 2:00 pm options are suggested arrival times that help BCM plan attendance throughout the day. They are not fixed entry windows.
Your General Admission ticket is valid for entry at any time on the selected date.
Which admission time should I select for my Meet & Greet?
Choose event admission for the same date as your Meet & Greet.
For Meet & Greet sessions before 2:00 pm, select the 10:00 am suggested arrival time. For sessions beginning at 2:30 pm or later, you may select either admission option.
Please leave enough time to enter the Museum and report to Meet & Greet check-in 15 minutes before your session.
How much are tickets?

Are discounts available?
Active BCM members receive 50% off event admission and Meet & Greet tickets. Members must sign in using the online account connected to their membership to receive the discount.
Other regular free, reciprocal, and discounted admission programs do not apply during MEOWseum Discovery Days.

What should we expect during the Meet & Greet?

Bring your own phone or camera. A staff member will take one family-style photo with one pose per group so that as many families as possible can meet Gabby.
What happens if we arrive late?
Meet & Greet sessions run on a fixed schedule. We cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be accommodated during another session.
Please arrive at check-in 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Will there be a standby line?
No. Meet & Greet reservations must be purchased online in advance, and there will be no standby line.
What happens if Meet & Greet tickets sell out?
You can still purchase event admission, if available, and enjoy the other MEOWseum Discovery Days activities throughout the Museum.
A Meet & Greet ticket is not required to attend the broader event.
Can tickets be refunded or exchanged?
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Exchange requests must be submitted to hello@brooklynkids.org at least 24 hours before your ticketed date or Meet & Greet session. Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
