Based in Flatbush, Rogers Burgers is a Caribbean-American burger concept founded by Josue Pierre and Jonathan Pierre-Lafleur.

Their menu blends classic American burgers with Caribbean flavors and includes:

  • The Créole Burger
  • Rogers Classic Cheeseburger
  • Crispy Chicken Tenders for kids
  • Fresh salads and family-friendly options

Residency Period:

  • Open Thursday – Sunday, 11 am – 5 pm

The Culinary Residency & Incubator Support Program (CRISP) is supported by the Wells Fargo Foundation, which enables the Museum to provide increased opportunities for culinary vendors and organizations to have a presence at BCM including residencies and workshops.
