CMarty’s Jerk
CMarty’s Jerk is a Brooklyn-based Caribbean culinary brand rooted in open-charcoal cooking, Crown Heights, and the flavors of the West Indian diaspora. The business blends traditional Caribbean cooking with contemporary favorites, remixing classics like jerk chicken and jerk smash burgers into a menu built for kids, families, and museum visitors.
CMarty’s will officially open at BCM on Saturday, July 18 and operate from 11 am – 5 pm.
The menu offers:
- Caribbean-seasoned smash burgers
- “Not Spicy” jerk chicken fingers with Jamaican BBQ sauce or Caribbean honey mustard
- The Little Bánh Mì with mild chicken or savory mushrooms
- Island Grilled Cheese with Caribbean sweet dipping sauce
- Hand-cut fries, Junior Jerk Fries, fruit, and coco bread with jam
The Culinary Residency & Incubator Support Program (CRISP) is supported by the Wells Fargo Foundation, which enables the Museum to provide increased opportunities for culinary vendors and organizations to have a presence at BCM including residencies and workshops.
