Join us for a day celebrating Opposites Abstract: A Mo Willems Exhibit and the work of bestselling picture book author Mo Willems! Start the day off in our movie theater with showings of our favorite Mo Willems Storytime Shorts!, bite-size cartoons packed with fun surprises and featuring the voices of Mo, his family, and friends. Then, join us on our very own replica MTA bus and meet…you guessed it, The Pigeon! Take a ride and a photo – just make sure to keep The Pigeon away from the wheel!

We’re thrilled to welcome back by popular demand Wolf van Elfmand of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, whose concert at BCM this past October was a huge crowd favorite. Listen as Wolf takes inspiration from Opposites Abstract: A Mo Willems Exhibit to explore a variety of contrasting ideas through musical experimentation and create bold musical dichotomies. Plus, our friends from Greenlight Bookstore will be joining us with a pop-up table where you can peruse and purchase a copy of your favorite Mo Willems title.
