Flex Olympics

Show off your moves at our monthly Flex Olympics dance workshop! Learn street dance fundamentals, develop your own signature style, and compete in playful dance challenges.

NOTE: Flex Dance Program is also hosting a program for young adults after the Museum closes from 6:00 pm – 9:45 pm.

Flex is a high-energy street dance that was born in Brooklyn in the 1990s, inspired by Jamaican dancehall. Dancers draw inspiration from their environment and express themselves in their own way.

This program takes place on the third Thursday of the month from October 2025 – April 2026.
