Earth Rocks!

Celebrate Earth with our partners from the North American Indigenous Center of New York. Hear the story of creation by Onondaga storyteller Perry Ground, gather around our beading circle with Iakowi:he’ne’ Oakes, and discover traditional Haudenosaunee dances with Kárahkwiio:hsthá King.

Beading Circle

Sit down with Iakowi:he’ne’ Oakes at an inclusive beading circle for all ages.

Eco Art in ColorLab Art Studio (Ages 4+)

Experiment with upcycled materials and create a piece of art inspired by nature and the work of artist and author Jessica Ann Peavy.

Storytelling and Interactive Performance with Ty Defoe

Hear stories come to life with shapeshifter, writer, and performance artist Ty Defoe from the Ojibwe Nation and Oneida Nation.
