Join us during Spring Break for a celebration of our amazing planet Earth! Bug out in our greenhouse, explore our touch tank full of sea creatures, and experience a puppetry performance by Modern Marionette about taking care of our planet.

Eco Art in BCM’s ColorLab Art Studio

Experiment with upcycled materials and create a piece of art inspired by nature and the work of artist and author Jessica Ann Peavy.

Bug Out with Arachnids & Insects

Come for this wonderful buggy presentation with former American Museum of Natural History entomologist Louis Sorkin! Learn about a wide variety of bugs while you come face to face with these fun crawlers.

Taking Care of Our Biomes puppetry performance with Modern Marionette

Join the Modern Marionette Company and the Professor as he soars through the Earth’s Biomes in his flying saucer. Learn fun facts about our beautiful planet and prepare to be amazed at the hidden marionettes that come to life unexpectedly!
