Celebrate Juneteenth

Join BCM and community partners for our annual Juneteenth celebration themed “I am Somebody” in Brower Park. This special commemoration features performances by Brooklyn United Marching Band and Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, a performance with Brooklyn Ballet, storytelling with Brooklyn Public Library, and a book giveaway with Brooklyn Book Bodega.
Taking place at Shirley Chisholm Circle in Brower Park, this Juneteenth celebration is presented in partnership with Council Member Chi Osse, Friends of Brower Park, Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Brooklyn Public Library – Brower Park Library, and the Crown Heights North Association.
Programs in Brower Park are free! BCM is open 10:00 am – 5:00 pm for general admission.
