Stories in Living Languages

Join artist Buki Mariam for a multilingual storytime session celebrating African languages!

Participants will be introduced to the rich cultures of Africa through live readings in Yoruba and Igbo and learn how to say a few simple phrases in the languages. Participants will also receive digital versions of the books The Bee and the Elephant and Chibu’s Special Day through NABU.
