      Join us to hear tales of the Sea Islands’ Gullah storytellers! Experience adventures of cherished characters like Brer Rabbit, and discover stories told by the Gullah people for generations. Get inspired at the Tales from the Land of Gullah exhibit and create your own storybook to take home!

Pleasant's rhythm effect vocals and drum-voice techniques have been featured in numerous theatrical and broadcast programs including: Nickelodeon, Noggin, Disney Channel, Reading Rainbow, and others.
